What is the estimated ship and delivery date for my order?

Shipping

1. We’ll ship your order in 1 to 5 business days, with delivery in the US taking 7-20 days and overseas shipping taking 10-25 days.
   
   • Still within 5 business days from the order date.
     • Once your order is confirmed, it will be shipped within 1 to 5 business days. If your order ships before the expected date, you’ll receive an email containing tracking details and a shipping confirmation to monitor the package’s status.
     • If you can’t find your tracking number, check your Junk/Spam folder after 5 business days.
     • If you didn’t receive the email, please email us through our Contact Form page so we can check.
   • Beyond 5 business days from the order date.
     • In the rare event your order hasn’t shipped by the 6th business day, we’re on top of it. Our Fulfillment Team is actively resolving the issue to ensure your order ships as quickly as possible. We thank you for your continued patience.
     • We ask for 3 more days to get your tracking information sent.

Delivery

1. It’s still within 7 to 20 business or 10 to 25 business days.
   • Here are some reasons why tracking information may not be available:
     • During times of increased shipping volume, it's normal for the first scan to only be registered when your package reaches a regional hub near its destination, meaning there might be a delay in tracking information.
     • Expect the first scan when the package is delivered.
     • Delays in the tracking database may occur.
     • Some shipments, including Standard International, may not include tracking information, but rest assured, your package will be delivered on time, usually within 20 to 25 business days from shipment.
   • Beyond 20 (for US) or 25 (for International) business days.
     • If your tracking information hasn't been updated after 20 or 25 business days, we ask that you be patient and allow an extra 5 business days for the package to arrive. This extra time allows for any potential delays that may occur during the shipping process.
   • Beyond 30 (for US) or 35 (for International) business days.

How are shipping and delivery dates calculated?

1. We calculate delivery estimates by adding the transit time to the estimated shipping date.
2. We calculate the transit time for your order based on the shipping method you select, which is expressed in business days. Weekends are generally not included unless you choose a weekend delivery service. We also consider holidays when determining the final delivery estimate, as they may affect your package’s arrival.
3. For orders with specific delivery dates, we may display a countdown timer showing how much time you have to place your order to receive it by that date. The displayed date could change before you complete the purchase, but you will receive your confirmed delivery date after your order is confirmed via email.
4. With Free Shipping, you can expect your order to arrive within 7 to 25 business days. We process and ship your order using the most affordable and efficient methods, which may occasionally result in delays. Nonetheless, we will ensure that your package arrives within the designated delivery time frame.

Expedited Shipping

1. For us to provide you with the most affordable item, we seldom offer expedited shipping.
2. If it is available on the Shipping/Checkout page, the delivery is within 7 to 15 business days for US and 10 to 20 business days for International Shipping.
